As a middle aged man who has been a successful business owner for the past 24 plus years I found myself in a very scary situation, It all started with panic attacks followed by acute anxiety which came out of no where, my wife suggested that I seek professional help so I began seeing a psychologist and in my case I was very lucky to find one that I clicked with and trusted.
